Founded by Christopher Njoroge, we exist because every African child deserves protection, dignity, education, opportunity, love, and a place to belong.
We reach children affected by poverty, abandonment, trauma, disability, illness, family breakdown and difficult circumstances, going into rural and remote communities, schools, children's homes, rehabilitation centers and other vulnerable communities to provide support, protection and opportunity.
We see the child beyond the circumstance. They are not statistics or numbers—they are sons and daughters of Africa, carrying dreams, gifts, purpose and the right to a hopeful future.

Christopher Njoroge Githaiga
Executive and Founder Director
Christopher Njoroge Githaiga is the Founder and Executive Director of Home Network of Africa, a community-focused organization committed to transforming lives and empowering communities to thrive. He is a visionary leader, trainer, mentor, and prolific author passionate about developing innovative solutions to community challenges. His work is driven by a deep commitment to reaching children, empowering families, and strengthening communities through mentorship, education, and sustainable development initiatives. Christopher is married to Patience Wambui Githaiga. Together, they share in the journey of family and purpose. He believes in the power of vision, teamwork, and collective action to create lasting change.
Rodelyne Namikoye
Finance and Administration Manager
Rodelyne Namikoye is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with over 10 years of experience across diverse sectors. She currently serves as Project Accountant at PCEA Embulbul Church, in partnership with Compassion International. Previously, she served as Head of Accounts and Administration at Bristol Park Hospital, overseeing front- and back-office operations and advising senior management on accounting best practices. She has extensive expertise in financial reporting, bank reconciliations, transaction processing, debtors and creditors management, tax compliance, and internal and external audits. As Finance and Administration Manager at Home Network of Africa, she brings valuable financial expertise, accountability, and administrative experience to support the organization's mission and sustainable growth.
Patience Wambui

Patience Wambui is a passionate businesswoman, dedicated healthcare assistant, and committed advocate for serving humanity. She is happily married to Christopher Njoroge Githaiga, and together they share a heart for reaching, supporting, and uplifting vulnerable individuals and communities. With a spirit of compassion, kindness, and service, Patience is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives. As Human Resources Manager at Home Network of Africa, she brings a people-centered approach to supporting the organization's mission, promoting teamwork, and helping create an environment where staff and volunteers can thrive. Her commitment to humanity reflects her belief that every person deserves dignity, love, and an opportunity to flourish.
